HR Change Manager / HR Project Manager - HR Process Improvement / Optimisation - Digital Transformation

Based remotely with travel into the London office

12-18 month FTC, flexible on salary

Our client based in London are currently looking for an experienced HR Change Management individual who has the expertise to accelerate their digital progress and automate current labour intensive, manual processes. Having implemented their ERP system in 2017, they now need to revisit what they do and how they do it.

The Role:

  • Leading the change implementation throughout the project life-cycle (initiate, plan and design, run, monitor & control, and close).
  • Engage with senior business & functional leaders as well as the digital team to drive the change agenda.
  • The successful candidate will be well versed in winning the hearts and minds of stakeholders at all levels, be able to illustrate successful change programme delivery and still be able to operate with a 'hands on' approach.
  • Run the change management strategy and plan for projects involved, including managing change impacts, communications and change as core components.
  • Design project roadmap and activity-level plans, tracking progress.
  • Provide detailed project management plans, ensuring successful change delivery by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues / risks, and developing contingency plans where necessary.
  • Drive HR change and HR process improvements
    • Identifying ways to reduce transactional activity
    • Supporting the on-going shift to employee/manager self-service
    • Supporting process re-engineering activity to simplify HR processes
  • Provide support across the widerHRBP team as required
    • Compensation cycle, performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning
    • Business transformation activity

The ideal candidate would work with the client for a fixed term (12-18 months). They will plan the digital change journey and provide a hands-on delivery programme to take them where they need to be. They will have experience of change management and change programmes which will have provided them with strategic vision.
