Digital Infrastructure Manager, £60-£70k, London

Fuse are working with a leading property organisation to recruit a new Infrastructure manager overseeing an estate of 70 acres in total. Made up of shopping, bars, restaurants, homes, educational and cultural venues, this is an extremely important role in managing electronic Security Systems, Data Systems, Broadband Services, Network Services and wider IT infrastructure.

This role will play a major part in developing Digital innovation, specifying, selecting, trialling and implementing digital innovation as part of the long term tech strategy for the estate ensuring compatibility and systems synergies.

Key Responsibilities;

• Contract Management
• Actively research new Digital Innovations
• Compliance with all current legislation and recommended standards
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support (with respect to digital systems) to Property and Retail Managers, Occupiers and Retailers.
• Review Tenant License Applications with respect to Digital Infrastructure and Systems.
• To ensure that the Digital Infrastructure and Systems are fully operational and maintained as per the Manufacturer's guidance and current best practice

Experience required;

• A detailed understanding of Digital Systems such as (not exhaustive); CCTV, Air Quality Systems, Commercial BMS systems, Access Control, Footfall systems, Facial Recognition systems, networking and data storage systems.
• Minimum 5 year's experience managing such systems in an Estate or high quality residential or commercial environment.
• Hands on project management experience overseeing the specification, tendering, implementation and ongoing monitoring/supporting of Digital Networking systems across.
• A genuine interest in Digital Innovation.
