Application Support Specialist | Hybrid Working

Salary set between £45,000 - £55,000

Fuse are partnered with a FTSE business who are currently rolling out a UK wide Dynamics 365 transformation & implementation.

We are looking for a specialist to join their IT team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of the core applications in use at. Your central focus is to ensure the applications we use remain accessible, up-to-date and continue to add value to the business.

Working closely with the Service Desk, Technical Support, IT Infrastructure and Application Development teams to provide a timely and efficient resolution of application-related incidents and service requests.

The role involves providing a first-class level of customer service and support to a diverse user base of internal staff members and external affiliates. You will be required to work with technical and non-technical teams, having the ability to communicate with both audiences as effectively.

Desired technical experience:

  • Experience of supporting enterprise application within a large organisation
  • 2 years of technical knowledge of AX 2012
  • Hands on experience in Dynamics 365 - F&O
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Server Administration
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Administration Suite - Azure / 365 and Exchange Admin Centers
  • Microsoft Office 2013/2016 and Office 365 application suites
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales
  • Microsoft Dynamics O365
  • Citrix application configuration and troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow
  • Qualifications - ITIL V4.0 foundation preferable
