Project Manager

Project Manager, Payroll Transformation, Reading, £550-£650 per day through an umbrella, 6 months

Fuse are working with a leading software company to recruit a Project Manage onto a Payroll Transformation project. The role will collaborate with Functional teams, key business partners, and stakeholders on Payroll Transformation deliverables

The role will support the implementation of the next two phases of the project through EMEA, APJ and AMS. Ensure collaboration and alignment on project plan timescales and deliverables between our new vendor, go forward banks and the payroll teams

Responsibilities.

• Responsible for leading and/or supporting all aspects of the Project lifecycle with a broad and deep understanding of the different phases and requirements within the plan
• Co-ordinate the delivery of the Payroll Transformation project deliverables to the project
• Maintaining the relationship with Banking providers and New Global Payroll provider, ensuring design specification of bank files transferred successfully for payments to be made by new payroll provider.
• Reporting to Business stakeholders on project progress and key milestones across a variety of project workstreams such as UAT, Comms, Vendor Management, IT, HR, HRS & Payroll
• Maintain project wide reporting tools such as RAID log, decisions log and RAG status
