Fuse are working with a FTSE 250 organisation to find an Application Development Project Manager.

The Primary function of this role will be to manage concurrent Application Development based projects. To plan, execute and finalise multiple IT focused projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will use project methodology to deliver objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams for the end-to-end delivery of large and complex IT projects that span across multiple business streams.

Responsibilities

• To successfully Project Manage and deliverAppDev projects within the IT Projects team.
  • Create Project Governance and get signed off.
  • Manage project Budget.
  • Working alongside Business Analysis to define deliverables.
  • Create Design.
  • Deliver projects utilising a combination of internal and external resources.
  • Lead any RFP processes and manage 3^rd party developers.
• To project manage additional Infrastructure projects where time permits.
• To successfully Project Manage and deliver future phases of projects.
• Manage a team of Internal and external developers holding daily stand-ups where required.
• Work alongside our in-house Quality Assurance team and Business SME's to ensure thorough testing is undertaken.

Personal profile

• Proven experience delivering application development based projects.
• Extensive Project Management experience of high profile and large budget projects and programmes.
• A working knowledge of the Property Industry, Reapit, MRI and APR/Radar is an advantage
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business, delegate tasks where appropriate and work under pressure
• A good working understanding of Infrastructure based projects
