Project Manager - London - Permanent - 60k + Bonus

Fuse are working with a long standing client who are looking for a PM to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are a FTSE250 company with over 35000 employees, covering 600 offices globally.

The purpose of the role is to act as a liaison between Business stakeholders, PMIT, and Client Services to fully manage and deliver projects of varying scale.

The successful candidate will produce project plans from stakeholder input and deliver business analysis on projects by capturing and documenting requirements in conjunction with our BAs, preparing specifications, test scripts, and ensuring communication is maintained across with the relevant teams.

As a project manager within the team, the key responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Ensuring the delivery of projects on time, to budget and to a high level of quality.
  • Maintaining plan and tracking progress of projects
  • Managing risks and issues and resource allocation, escalating and ensuring resolution where appropriate
  • Project specification (PID production), liaising with technical and business teams for production of relevant detail
  • Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for process users. Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and changes to be implemented.
  • Managing stakeholder meetings and workshops
  • Facilitating shared decision-making across business and technical teams
  • Processing new project requests and change control items
  • Signing off project items delivered by the development team and obtaining stakeholder sign-off
  • Work with the BA team to document business processes and requirements utilising Signavio

As a project manager within the team, the key attributes would be as follows:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage large and diverse stakeholder groups with a wide range of often conflicting requirements and priorities
  • Ability to lead requirements workshops and specification reviews and compose and deliver presentations
  • Ability to manage large and complex tasks and project items.
  • Strong documentation and excellent communications skills.
  • Advanced understanding of Project management tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivery on high profile projects.
  • Proactive, self-sets realistic deadlines and actively follows up on both self-set and project actions.
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues.
