Business Analyst - London/Manchester - 12 month FTC - 55-60k

Fuse are working with a long standing client who are looking for a BA to join their team on a 12 month basis.

They are a FTSE250 company with over 35000 employees, covering 600 offices globally.

The purpose of the role is to act as a liaison between Business stakeholders, PMIT, and Client Services to fully evaluate and facilitate improvement projects of varying scale.

The successful candidate will produce business cases from the input from stakeholders and deliver business analysis on projects by capturing and documenting requirements, preparing specifications, test scripts, and ensuring communication is maintained across with the relevant teams.

As a business analyst within the team, the key responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Creation of business cases for stakeholders that have improvement project ideas, work with the stakeholder's to assess their objectives/reasons for change, their as-is process and review the proposed to-be, using SWOT analysis, considerations of other projects/processes and provide a cost analysis - return on investment and scalability assessment.
  • Review the as-is process maps within the Signavio platform and perform analysis on the potential efficiencies and improvements of the overall processes, including the use of robotic automation as well as other systems and tools within property management.
  • Lead on the robotic automation project, coordinate between PMIT and stakeholders in delivering Business Design Documents and ensure their potential robotic automation projects are assessed, approved and aligned for the developers to start building.

As a business analyst within the team, the key attributes would be as follows:

  • At least 5 years recent experience performing the Business Analyst role across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong documentation and excellent communications skills.
  • Advanced understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivery on high profile projects.
  • Proactive, self-sets realistic deadlines and actively follows up on both self-set and project actions.
  • A good listener but also asks probing questions to fully understand what's needed.
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues.
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels and external parties and is able to influence stakeholders when appropriate.
