Since our inception 5 years ago we have built an impressive UK wide client base which use our services year after year, testament to the work we deliver. As a business we are consultative and relationship focused, an approach that has been highly successful and provided us with year on year growth (even through COVID). 95% of the clients we work with have come from an existing relationship or referral, as opposed to KPI driven cold calling / sales pitches.

We have supported a wide range of recruitment projects for our clients that have covered mergers and separations, large system implementations / integration's (e.g. ERP/CRM/HR systems) and Data Transformations.

Our client base is spread across a wide range of sectors which include - Retail, Publishing, Software Businesses, Charities, Renewables and Property to name a few (well-known brands and FTSE100&250 businesses)

We are now looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to help deliver against a consistent pipeline of roles across our key clients. This is a great opportunity to join us as we scale up the business due to increasing demands, allowing you the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced team of recruiters that have worked in this space for 10+ years.

As a business we are backed by a global recruitment group which gives us market leading back office support (finance, legal, marketing, admin and compliance) which enables us to focus on doing the job and providing the highest level of service to our clients.

The role

  • Resource permanent roles across our key clients (from day 1)
  • Account Management - we will give you the opportunity to own and develop client relationships
  • Building a network an personal brand in your selected market (this is how we built the business)
  • Meet clients/candidates F2F

There will no expectation of business development from in this role, but as you become more established the opportunities for new business will present themselves.

  • Driven and motivated to grow
  • Must have attention to detail and take pride in the work you deliver
  • Must have a good handle on Microsoft packages (outlook, word etc..)
  • We are open to a non-recruitment, but customer focused background
