HR Systems Manager, FTC 12-18 months, £65K, UK based Remote working

Fuse are currently recruiting a HR Systems Specialist to Join a leading firm in the UK.

The role will be heavily involved in Process Improvement around the HR Payroll function.

Engaging with senior business & functional leaders as well as our digital team to drive the change agenda.

The successful candidate will drive the change programme delivery and still be able to operate with a 'hands on' approach.

  • Drive HR change and HR process improvements
    • Identifying ways to reduce transactional activity
    • Supporting the on-going shift to employee/manager self-service
    • Supporting process re-engineering activity to simplify HR processes
  • Provide support across the widerHRBP team as required
    • Compensation cycle, performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning
    • Business transformation activity

Skills required;

  • Ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels.
  • Experience in HR process improvement / re-engineering.
  • Expertise in transformational change and change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results.
  • Able to move from strategic reviews to hands on operational matters
  • Strong problem solving skills, combined with positive 'can-do' attitude.
