  • Financial services/Investments/Life Insurance experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma/Systems thinking knowledge.
  • Cross functional analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and encourage out-of-silo thinking.
  • Effectively facilitate meetings and workshops related to a current assignment. Able to facilitate groups at Senior Management and Exec level.
  • Will build third party relationships without assistance.
  • Demonstrate effective stakeholder management, including identification, engagement, investigation and resolution of stakeholder issues appropriate to the defined outcome.
  • Investigates operational requirements, problems and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes. Leads in eliciting the requirements to support these solutions.
