Project Manager, Birmingham 2 days a week, Contact Centre, £510-£550 per day through an umbrella

Project Manager to lead and manage organisational design projects that aim to optimise contact centre and customer services areas. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for change management and a track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee organisational design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new organisational structures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and employees to gather insights, align project objectives, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and structures to identify areas for improvement and design more efficient workflows.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of organisational changes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including budgets, timelines, and team members, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training and development programs to support employees during the transition and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on organisational design or change management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and change management.
