Full Stack Developer/Project Lead - £65-70k + Bonus
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong team and project management skills to join our well-known global brand. We have partnered with this client since 2017, building out various teams across the EMEA region. The business has received excellent feedback from candidates over the years, with proven career progression that we have witnessed firsthand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development using the Microsoft stack, database administration, and Azure toolkits. The role will involve working closely with the head of development and taking the lead on new solutions and projects. This will be a blend of hands-on coding and project management working with senior stakeholders and third parties.
The role will be based in central London (hybrid working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage development teams and projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse project requirements.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions, creating detailed design documents.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
- Manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Utilise Azure services for cloud-based applications.
- Implement testing strategies and conduct code reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in full stack development with the Microsoft stack.
- Proven experience in team and project management.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
