Resourcing Planning & Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Planning & Governance Manager to support the growth of a specialist reserving function within a regulated financial services environment.
The role will focus on establishing scalable resourcing, capacity-planning, and governance processes, supporting teams through periods of increased demand. The scope will also extend into Capital Oversight following findings from a recent review.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement resourcing and capacity-planning frameworks
- Develop utilisation and capacity models to support sustainable delivery
- Introduce governance processes to enable effective oversight and peer review
- Support teams managing capacity constraints and peak workloads
Required experience:
- Resourcing or workforce planning in complex or regulated environments (FS/actuarial preferred)
- Designing utilisation-based or consultancy-style resourcing models
- Process design, governance, and operational improvement experience
- Strong senior and technical stakeholder engagement
