Payments Transformation Programme

Contract: Outside IR35 | Duration: 6 months | Hybrid Working | £600-£800 perd ay DOE

We're seeking an experienced Organisational Design Lead to support a major Payments Transformation programme. You'll translate a Target Operating Model into an effective organisational structure, workforce design and transition plan, ensuring the business is ready for significant operational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational impact assessments and design future organisational structures, roles and RACIs.
  • Develop workforce transition plans, including organisational change, redeployment and implementation activities.
  • Produce role profiles, job descriptions and governance documentation.
  • Provide organisational readiness assessments, board-level reporting and challenge to senior stakeholders.
  • Support programme business cases by identifying future operating model benefits and resource requirements.

About You

You'll have proven experience delivering organisational design on large-scale transformation programmes, with expertise in Target Operating Models, workforce transition and organisational change. You'll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, presenting to governance boards and working independently in a complex programme environment.

Essential:

  • Organisational Design/Organisation Effectiveness experience.
  • TOM, role design and workforce transition expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
  • Experience within regulated environments such as financial services, professional services or membership organisations is highly advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future operating model of a major transformation programme while working on an Outside IR35 basis.
