Senior PMO Analyst - Programme Controls

We're looking for a Senior PMO Analyst - Programme Controls to support a major 5-year transformation programme within a large, complex organisation which is a household name
This is a great role for someone who enjoys the controls and assurance side of PMO - making sure plans, risks, dependencies, reporting, financials and governance are accurate, joined-up and properly managed.
This isn't just a reporting or coordination role. The team needs someone who can bring structure, ask the right questions and constructively challenge Project and Programme Managers where information is unclear, incomplete or not aligned.
- Strong PMO, Programme Controls, Portfolio PMO or Delivery Management experience.
- Experience working across large transformation programmes or complex portfolios.
- A strong understanding of governance, assurance, stage-gates and change control.
- Hands-on experience with RAID/RAIDO, dependencies, milestones, plans and programme reporting.
- The confidence to challenge Project and Programme Managers around data quality, delivery plans, risks, financials and governance standards.
- Experience with financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts and variance reporting.
- Experience using PPM tools, ideally ServiceNow PPM.
